National Business Development Director

**Position Overview:**
Vendito is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Business Development Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for driving new business and market development, identifying strategic opportunities to enhance market presence, and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers at the senior and executive levels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive new business and growth within the health and seniors living segment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives nationwide.
- Build and maintain relationships with end-users, decision-makers, and industry bodies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Achieve budgeted sales and margin targets while managing pricing guidelines.
**Scope of Responsibility:**
Oversee the health and seniors living segment revenue, providing support and guidance to the frontline sales team.
Engage internal stakeholders to effectively communicate and energize the implementation of corporate strategies.
**Requirements:**
- Degree qualified in Business or Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales/account management, preferably in health, seniors living, or the construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
