National Business Development Manager

970 Interface Aust Pty Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding market presence in the Health & Seniors Living segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Health & Seniors Living segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including architects, project managers, and contractors.
- Support the frontline sales team in interactions with end-users, decision-makers, and industry bodies.
- Manage sales pipelines, achieve sales targets, and provide regular performance updates.
- Advocate for industry and government initiatives through memberships and alliances.
- 5 years of sales/account management experience, preferably in the commercial sales, building industry, or health & seniors living sector.
- Business development and strategic planning experience.
- Public speaking and presenting skills.
- Knowledge of the property market and construction industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercial acumen and knowledge of market insights, project management, and marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience.
