About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Management Excellence Lead to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of tools, processes, and insights to enable our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team to deliver best-in-class analysis and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the RGM excellence three-year roadmap, considering short- and long-term requirements to set the function up for success.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end solutions to achieve components of the roadmap, including system/tool design, process design, stakeholder workshops, and continuous management.
  • Develop statistical tools and reports to support our RGM team in their day-to-day roles.
  • Lead one RGM Excellence Analyst, providing training, guidance, and leadership in their role.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated project management and process design skills.
  • Demonstrated report design and development skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and gain alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Power BI.
  • Experience working in Revenue Growth Management, Category, or Sales is advantageous but not essential.
