Salary
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $150,000 per annum, plus commission and superannuation.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team in Australia as a Strategic Head of Sales, leading our growth strategy across new business, account management, and customer success.
As a seasoned SaaS sales professional, you will have a strong background in sales leadership, with at least 10 years of experience and 4+ years in team management.
You will be responsible for managing sales, account management, and customer success teams within Australia, working closely with corporate headquarters development, operations, and product management teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of sales, account management, and customer success teams within Australia
- Partnering with sales, account management, and customer success teams to achieve and over-deliver on net new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets, retention, upsell opportunities, and successful adoption of Dext products
- Developing and implementing local processes to support global best practices in sales, account management, and customer success
- Supporting sales operating performance across Australia, including retention and expansion
- Ensuring customers gain maximum return from their investment, resulting in high satisfaction levels and upselling opportunities
- Analyzing customer data to generate insights and performance reports, providing recommendations on strategies for maximizing revenue
- Advocating for customer needs and issues across departments, including marketing and product
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in SaaS sales, with at least 10 years of experience and 4+ years in team management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent coaching and developing talent skills, with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to refine strategies based on sales metrics
- Sound judgment, decision-making ability, and excellent communication skills
- Experience forecasting revenue growth and working towards targets or quotas
- Highly skilled in delivering expert-level consultative sales
