The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Director to lead our growth strategy across New Business, Account Management, and Customer Success in Australia.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop the Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams in Australia.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve and over-deliver on Net New MRR targets, retention, upsell opportunities, and successful adoption of Dext products.
  3. Develop and implement local sales and account management strategies, leveraging global best practices.
  4. Own Sales operating performance across Australia, including data analysis and insights to inform decision-making.
  5. Identify points of risk and opportunity to drive retention and increase sales, and develop strategies to address these areas.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, including 4+ years in team management.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to refine strategies based on sales metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
