Strategic Head of Sales Leader

The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Director to lead our growth strategy across New Business, Account Management, and Customer Success in Australia.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and develop the Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams in Australia.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve and over-deliver on Net New MRR targets, retention, upsell opportunities, and successful adoption of Dext products.
- Develop and implement local sales and account management strategies, leveraging global best practices.
- Own Sales operating performance across Australia, including data analysis and insights to inform decision-making.
- Identify points of risk and opportunity to drive retention and increase sales, and develop strategies to address these areas.
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, including 4+ years in team management.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to refine strategies based on sales metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
