We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented leader with:
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, including 4+ years in team management.

- Analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to refine strategies based on sales metrics.
- Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
- The ability to plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects while staying organized and delivering against expectations.
- Excellent business writing skills and commercial acumen.
- Experience forecasting revenue growth and working towards targets/quota.
- Demonstrated experience in a high-growth or change environment, SaaS-based businesses, and implementing and cross-selling a Multi-Product Platform.
- Active listening skills and high emotional intelligence.
Dext offers a competitive salary ($120,000 - $150,000 per annum), commission, superannuation, and additional benefits including:
