Job Summary
  • Lead sales teams in Australia to achieve and over-deliver on Net New MRR targets, retention, upsell opportunities, and successful adoption of Dext products.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, processes, and operating performance metrics.
  • Support the creation of local sales processes and work with teams to adapt and deliver world-class sales experiences.
Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented leader with:

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, including 4+ years in team management.
  • A strong background in coaching and developing talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to refine strategies based on sales metrics.
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
  • The ability to plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects while staying organized and delivering against expectations.
  • Excellent business writing skills and commercial acumen.
  • Experience forecasting revenue growth and working towards targets/quota.
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-growth or change environment, SaaS-based businesses, and implementing and cross-selling a Multi-Product Platform.
  • Active listening skills and high emotional intelligence.
