About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned SaaS sales professional to lead our growth strategy across New Business, Account Management, and Customer Success.

The successful individual will have a strong SaaS business background and will illustrate passion for the success of Dext's customers.

The role reports to the General Manager of APAC based in Sydney and is a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams within Australia.
  • Partner across the sales teams to achieve and over-deliver on Net New MRR targets, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Support the creation of local processes and work with local teams to adapt and deliver world-class sales experiences.
  • Own Account Management operating performance across Australia, including retention and expansion.
  • Own Customer Success, ensuring customers gain maximum return from their investment, resulting in high satisfaction levels and upselling opportunities.

Requirements

  • A seasoned SaaS sales professional with 10+ years of experience, including 4+ years in team management.
  • A proactive and results-oriented leader who consistently meets or exceeds targets.
  • Strong skills in coaching and developing talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and skilled at refining strategies based on sales metrics.
