Your Role

As a Strategic Sales Leader for our APAC region, you will be responsible for leading our growth strategy across New Business, Account Management and Customer Success. Your strong SaaS business background and passion for customer success will drive the team's performance and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Sales, Account Management and Customer Success teams within Australia.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed Net New MRR targets, retention, upsell opportunities and successful adoption of Dext products.
  • Take existing global processes, support local process creation and work with local teams to adapt and deliver world-class sales, account management and customer success experiences.
  • Sales operating performance across Australia, including identifying points of risk and opportunity to drive retention and increase sales.
Requirements
  • A seasoned SaaS sales professional with 10+ years experience, including 4+ years in team management.
  • Results-driven leader who consistently meets or exceeds targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making and ability to refine strategies based on sales metrics.
  • Experience forecasting revenue growth, working towards targets/quotas and implementing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent business writing skills, commercial acumen and high emotional intelligence.
