Business Growth Strategist

This role is a key component of CoinFlip's business expansion strategy, focusing on driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Business/Sales Development Representative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new customers for trading with CoinFlip Preferred OTC.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue expansion.
  • Negotiate and close partnership deals with potential clients and partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
  • Lead generation expertise using CRM tools, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and other platforms.
  • A proven history of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
