About the Role

This part-time role (3 days a week) involves managing day-to-day HR operations to deliver effective support across the organization while engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You will report to the National People and Culture Manager.

Your Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to maintain up-to-date personnel records and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Experience with BambooHR is highly desirable.
  • Assist in developing new processes, policies, and programs for People & Culture to meet organizational needs, including drafting policies and training relevant stakeholders for consistent application.
  • Oversee the Learning & Development curriculum and associated systems to ensure effective delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordination and onboarding.
  • E nsure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards and their implementation.
  • Stay informed about trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law, and use this knowledge to communicate policy changes for level 1 and 2 queries.
About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate independent judgment and a solutions-oriented approach to employee issues, PC projects, reporting, administration, and data management. Key qualifications include:

  • A relevant tertiary degree in HR or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or industry.
  • WHS certification (preferred) with experience in coordinating WHS activities.
  • Expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes and strong attention to detail in system administration.
  • Proficiency in various systems, including HRIS and recruitment platforms, with essential experience in BambooHR.
