We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional support to the business and can work collaboratively with our HR Business Partners and HR Manager to help achieve key business initiatives. This is a 7-month fixed-term contract that offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring Needs Assessment: Assess hiring needs, manage recruitment timelines, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews to ensure seamless hiring processes.
- Supporting HR Business Partners: Work closely and provide support to our HR Business Partners to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
- Data Analysis: Distribute engagement surveys, gather and analyze data to identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Compliance and Policy: Perform personnel file checks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Employment Conditions and Performance Management: Advise and coach employees on employment conditions, policy interpretation, and performance management to ensure fair treatment and compliance.
- Exit Interviews: Conduct and review exit interviews, identifying trends as needed, to inform future talent acquisition strategies.
About You:
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to work within a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
