About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of internal and external events, including sourcing venues, coordinating logistics, and preparing promotional materials.

  • Communications: Develop comprehensive communication strategies for marque events, collaborate with Corporate Affairs and Marketing teams to manage sponsorship entitlements, and provide timely communications for smaller events.
  • Events: Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events, including venue sourcing, logistics coordination, and promotional material preparation.

Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative promotional materials, liaise with key stakeholders, and maintain event templates and registers.
