This exciting opportunity involves coordinating all aspects of conference and event administration, operations, and accounting processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing quotations for conferences and event proposals to drive sales of conference facilities.
  • Hosting site inspections and ensuring follow-up is completed.
  • Liaising with the Head Chef & General Manager on menus and banquets, event orders, setups, guest feedback, and service levels.

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in conference and event sales, preferably in a hotel or food and beverage operation. Essential skills include sound sales and negotiation skills, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
