Public Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting key internal communications projects and events, managing supplier activations, and providing administrative support to the team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Communications, PR & Events and will work closely with the Corporate & Internal Communications and PR & Events functions. As a Public Relations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in maintaining effective communication channels within the organization and ensuring seamless execution of events and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CORPORATE & INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS:
    • Support key internal communications projects and events
    • Manage supplier activations
    • Support other internal communications activities as required
  • PR & EVENTS:
    • Support annual conference
    • Support annual PR event
    • Support other PR & events activities
  • ADMINISTRATION:
    • Manage reporting and post-implementation reviews
    • Coordinate meetings and workshops
    • Manage general admin for the team and other tasks as required

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years' experience in public relations, marketing, or a related field, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
