Overview
Our organization is committed to providing outstanding care for our patients. We are seeking a skilled professional to provide support for our Operational Logistics Department.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating appropriate staff skill mix to Public Event shift vacancies, coordinating rostering of operational employees during major events, and ensuring Public Event shift vacancies are filled in accordance with relevant Award provisions and policies.
- Allocate staff skill mix to Public Event shift vacancies
- Coordinate rostering of operational employees during major events
- Ensure Public Event shift vacancies are filled according to policies and Award provisions
- Update and maintain data in Roster system
- Make informed resource decisions and provide specialist advice within policies, procedures and Industrial Awards & Agreements
About You
To be considered for this position, you will need to possess a degree or relevant industry certification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience. You should also have:
Experience scheduling in a shift work environment and sound knowledge of rostering systems and processes Experience using Rostering software Planning and organising skills to enable appropriate allocation of staff to shifts Well-developed decision making and problem solving skills
