Event Support Role

This organisation is one of Victoria's largest and oldest charities.

The Major Events Team requires an individual to assist with event support for a major public event.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide information to those that ring our offices regarding the events.
  • Create Word and Excel documents for the events.
  • Coordinate staff, media and vehicles passes.
  • Chase up supplier documentation.
  • Send out information to participants and stakeholders.

The role will require flexibility in working from the office in Collins Street in Melbourne CBD.

Key Skills Required:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work from the office in Collins Street.
