Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the Public Relations and Events Specialist position.

This role involves planning and executing events, developing creative concepts, and managing relationships with media and influencers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality events and campaigns that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Experience in event planning, public relations, and marketing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-profile events, including managing logistics, guest lists, and creative concepts.
  • Support other events and activations across the organization.
  • Liaise with PR agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage public relations activities and related tasks.
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional activities.
  • Develop relationships with media and content creators.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Public Relations, Marketing or Journalism; or equivalent Business degree.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute large events and strong organizational skills.
  • Understanding of the media landscape.
  • Experience in writing media releases and creating news hooks.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
