About the Role

The Digital Workplace function at AC3 Australia aligns technology, employees, and business processes to improve operational efficiency. As an Onsite Support Engineer, you will represent AC3, providing an exceptional customer experience, and support the request, acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of End User Compute devices managed by AC3.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by performing onsite Level 1/2 support for end user devices across multiple locations.
  • Effectively handle VIP walk-ups and liaise with executive-level staff.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate Desktop, Networking, Windows Server, O365 issues, escalating to the relevant team when required.
  • Perform all support functions under accordance with ITIL process and procedure.
  • Be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer and employee experience.

Essential Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar IT Procurement or Asset Management role.
  • 4+ years of experience in supporting end-user devices and applications.
  • Working knowledge of Service Asset & Configuration Management processes.
  • Level 2+ knowledge of Desktop, Networking, and Windows Server technologies to effectively and logically troubleshoot and isolate issues.
