Job Title: Technical Support Specialist for HealthTech Products

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Philips. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge health technology products and services, providing technical support to customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

About the Job Description:

  • Focusing on delivering exceptional technical service to meet customer needs, executing requests, problems, or planned service activities efficiently.
  • Providing solutions using remote/on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting techniques, service technical information, and knowledge, executing service work orders and keeping customers informed of service status.
  • Ensuring First Time Right by developing clear action plans, including necessary parts, and preparation such as diagnosis/troubleshooting information, executed as per action plan before onsite visit if necessary.
  • Handling all feedback (safety & non-safety related) & escalations to ensure accurate and timely analysis, registration, and action.
  • Identifying opportunities for sales or value-added Service Opportunities to support customers further in delivering value Key performance indicators.

Your Background:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical and Mechanical), medical, or science-related major (maximum 2 years of related experience).
  • Prior experience within an engineering, medical, or science-related environment preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge in engineering fundamentals (Certified Engineer/Network Engineer certification desirable).
