The Role: Business Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partnership Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. As a trusted advisor, you will act as the first touchpoint for these clients, providing them with an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with high-net-worth customers by understanding their financial situation, goals, and needs;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for segmented clients, ensuring timely responses to their queries and seamless communication;
  • Support ongoing client lifecycle management through regular upkeep of client information and purpose-led interactions;
  • Provide accurate and complete information to clients, ensuring efficient management of client interactions;
  • Proactively engage with customers on a regular basis to maintain effective relationships and identify portfolio growth opportunities;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to communicate with customers via email, phone, webinars, and podcasts;
  • Write market commentaries as needed to provide insights and updates;
  • Meet annually with customers face-to-face and conduct monthly telephone discussions to review progress;
  • Assist with side projects to support the team and other departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of relationship management experience in the financial services sector;
  • Experience in sales environments working diversified solutions;
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Proven track record of achieving weekly or monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
