
Business Partnership Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. As a Business Partnership Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and securing powerful partnership opportunities that align with our organization's goals.
You will develop and manage relationships with key partners to ensure timely delivery of milestones and retention. Your role will also involve working closely with the Marketing team to achieve partnership obligations and execute partnership programs from conception to execution.
Maintaining a strong focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue growth, and gross profit targets is essential in this position. If you have a proven track record in partnerships or account management and possess excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, we encourage you to apply.
About You
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in partnerships/sponsorship or account management is required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
- You must have well-developed organisational skills including the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
- A high level of attention to detail is necessary.
- Excellent negotiation skills are required.
- You should be creative in developing innovative partnership strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure is a must.
- Flexibility and a solid work ethic are also required.
