Our organization is seeking a Relationship Building Specialist to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and referrals.
- Bolster and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to foster referral opportunities
- Design and execute targeted outreach strategies (calls, emails, in-person visits) to engage key clients
- Host and attend industry events, conferences, webinars, and activations to build connections
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to develop high-impact campaigns
- Understand our services and connect clients with relevant offerings
- Work towards referral targets with a solutions-focused mindset
- Identify new industries and sectors to expand our referral network
As a skilled relationship builder, you will excel at establishing strong connections with clients and partners. To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in business development, stakeholder management, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
