Job Title: Business Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to provide consulting services to our customers and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to design, configure, and test software solutions, as well as provide exceptional customer support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on all features/functions/techniques used in our products.
  • Configure customer solutions using product features and provide content configuration assistance to customers.
  • SUPPORT more senior consultants by providing administration support, including taking meeting minutes, logging tickets, following up on action points, arranging meetings, and drafting communications.
  • FACILITATE workshops with clients, including demos, training, or design workshops.
  • ACT AS THE LIAISON between customers/business consultants and Product Development teams to specify, confirm, and test the design of customer solutions.
  • ASSIST Support and Engineering in the troubleshooting and rectification of incidents.
  • ENSURE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT in processes through contribution to 'Best Practice' via improvements in processes, developing re-usable tools, etc.

Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Advanced Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of data models.
  • Business requirement analysis and solution mapping.
  • Experience in the configuration of software solutions.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Takes ownership of own self-development, and pursues the achievement of goals with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Contributes to improvements in efficiency, services, processes, and product offerings within the scope of work.
