The Partnerships Specialist, within PartnerCo, will have key relationship and administrative responsibility supporting those partnerships between Woolworths and our most important commercial partners. Ultimately, success in this role will be measured by Woolworths' ability to fully unlock the value of our current and future commercial partnerships.

- Support the development of reports for portfolio governance forums including steering Committee Meetings, Program control groups and working groups.
- Manage, track and coordinate partner service requests for information
- Coordinate PartnerCo team meeting cadences aligned to Woolworths agile calendar
- Own and manage the PartnerCo Google account, including ongoing updates to account access
- Ensure content on the Partnerships site remains current, relevant and accurate
- Monitor the PartnerCo mailbox account, responding promptly to the messages received or obtaining the appropriate response from a relevant SME
- Provide oversight of the Change Request process, ensuring all requested changes are logged and tracked through to approval/rejection and subsequent contract amendments (where necessary)
- Liaise with Finance & Legal on required amendments (services, charges and invoicing) based on approved Change Requests
- Provide oversight of the Dispute Resolution process, ensuring all disputes escalated to Partnership Leads are logged and tracked through to resolution, including incorporation of escalated dispute particulars into the relevant governance packs
**The Experience and Key Skills**:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar corporate role (consumer market or retail experience is an advantage)
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant disciplines (eg Business, Commerce)
- Experience working in a fast paced ever evolving environment
- Solid financial experience (eg. cost management, SAP, Ariba)
- Proven experience balancing competing priorities, while working across a diverse portfolio of work
- An understanding of project management, process improvement and change management principles
- Strong communication skills (written & oral) with the ability to influence at all levels
- Motivated self-starter who is comfortable working with a diverse range of stakeholders across the Woolworths Group and with partner organisations to a plan or program of work.
**Grow with the Group
