Business Partnership Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a talented professional to provide expert guidance on learning and development initiatives, identifying skill gaps to enhance organisational capability.
- You will partner with the business to design and implement employee engagement programmes that foster a positive work environment across the employee lifecycle.
- Responsibilities include developing and sourcing fit-for-purpose eLearning modules and other learning resources to support staff, covering compliance, soft skills, and role-specific skills.
- You will lead initiatives to boost staff effectiveness and capability, project manage, and implement key outcomes for the organisation.
- Stakeholder views will be managed effectively towards optimal solutions.
About You:
- Excellent communication and written skills with attention to detail.
- A depth of experience enabling you to champion our Learning and Organisational Development initiatives in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and authoring tools.
- Tertiary qualifications in learning and development, adult education, human resource management, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
