The role of a National Account Manager is crucial for the commercial performance and relationships within the Foodservice portfolio.

Key responsibilities include managing the account base across diverse channels, such as distributors, quick-service restaurants, airlines, and other Away From Home customers.

Execute strategy in line with organisational objectives by building high-quality relationships with foodservice partners.

Manage sales and profit for the foodservice portfolio.

Identify new business opportunities, workshop with customers, and grow your portfolio.

Work cross-functionally with key internal and external stakeholders to provide up-to-date forecasts for all lines within your portfolio.

Effectively manage NPD & deletion process within your portfolio (communication, timings, commercials).

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of building relationships with key Food Service customers.

Strong mix of Account Management and Business Development skills is required.

Candidate must be driven to work autonomously to build the profitability of the channel.

Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams is essential.
