Job Title: National Key Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned National Key Account Manager to drive brand activation and sales volume outcomes for our Catering and Foodservice segments. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Win new distribution in leading Catering and Foodservice groups
  • Deploy category, data, and industry insights to develop value-add and benefit-based sell-stories
  • Manage and overcome objections with multiple key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Increase depth of distribution and negotiate target sales volume and financial outcomes

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outlet execution against Red Bull measures, in-store and online
  • Creating customer launch programs and joint business plans
  • Ensuring we are activated at the point-of-decision and included as an option in 'Meal Combos'
  • Deploying incremental sales strategy, using occasion-based messaging to drive incremental purchases
  • Securing mass placement of point-of-sale items in accounts
Requirements:
  • University degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years senior account manager experience
  • Successful experience working with leading Catering/Foodservice chains on the supplier side
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong presentation skills and commercial acumen
  • Action-oriented; follows through and drives outcomes
