Account Development Manager

This is a key role within our Foodservice team, responsible for building and nurturing strong business relationships with major quick-service clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key quick-service clients.
  • Collaborate with the Business Director to deliver strategic plans and annual business targets.
  • Drive accurate forecasting, promotional planning, and pricing administration.
  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, finance, and innovation teams to achieve results.
  • Identify trends, solve problems, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional service that makes customers feel valued and supported.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG, foodservice, or B2B sales, preferably with quick-service experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, with technical expertise desirable.
