
Foodservice Business Growth Specialist

This is a commercially focused role where you will oversee pricing, distribution, menu development and promotional limited time offers, while also proactively developing new business with key partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing day-to-day account management including pricing, promotional planning, and business reviews.
- Driving incremental growth through NPD, menu solutions, and limited time offers.
- Building strong relationships across new and existing accounts.
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities that align with our portfolio.
- Partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and forecasting accuracy.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting via systems.
We are looking for a Commercial Development Manager with strong account management experience in foodservice or FMCG, and a passion for driving tailored solutions within the QSR/manufacturer space.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the QSR/manufacturer industry.
- Proven track record of delivering business growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
