Account Manager – Foodservice and FMCG

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium-sized national foodservice and FMCG accounts within the HORECA channel.

Job Description:

This is a commercially focused role where you'll manage pricing, distribution, menu development, and promotional limited time offers while actively developing new business with key foodservice and manufacturing partners. You will be the key interface between our state HORECA teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and our customers ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and profitable growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day account management including pricing, promotional planning, and business reviews. You will drive incremental growth through new product development, menu solutions, and limited time offers. You will build strong, strategic relationships across new and existing accounts, identifying and converting new business opportunities that align with our brand portfolio.

You will partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and forecasting accuracy. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and reporting via Salesforce and internal systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management within foodservice, QSR, or FMCG.
  • Strong solution selling skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Commercially savvy with experience conducting P&L and margin analysis.
  • Persistent, driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and Microsoft Office suite.
