Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Administrator

Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to provide support to the Pacific Payroll Controller. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth, development, and projects. Importantly, you will be joining an amazing supportive team.

This varied and dynamic role involves all aspects of payroll, including end-to-end payroll, significant payroll systems administration, and team management. Further, you will provide mentorship, guidance, and support to Hotel Teams in developing strategies and short-term tactics to increase the hotel's overall payroll management.

This role provides a chance to develop your career within an international company; either in Australia or overseas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A demonstrated high technical aptitude - to understand payroll systems and manage back-end processes
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • A problem solver that is able to independently come to solutions
  • Experience interpreting EBA/awards and offering accurate information to the organisation
  • Committed to servicing our hotels with a support and relationship focus
  • Positive, pro-active attitude
  • Ability to communicate with all stakeholders
  • Proven team management
