Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team to deliver high-quality compensation and benefits services to employees
- Implement and maintain payroll processing systems to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, benefits, and taxes
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing quality control audits
- Serve as a senior stakeholder with staff, providing information and support in response to queries
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- A proven track record of leadership experience in compensation and benefits management
- Strong technical knowledge of payroll processing systems and legislative requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
