- Collaborate with project teams, business experts, and stakeholders to craft functional requirements and ensure effortless integration of compensation and talent strategies within the Workday framework
- Project Planning
- Develop comprehensive project plans with the Project Manager, allocating tasks and ensuring timely delivery in line with project goals and deadlines
- Functional Leadership
- Lead functional workstreams, manage resources, and track progress to meet milestones
- Talent Analytics
- Design and document business processes related to compensation and talent within Workday, leveraging analytics and reporting tools to assess compensation equity and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs
- Proven experience in global Workday environments and implementations, focusing on compensation and benefits modules
- Strong knowledge of Workday functionality, including compensation and talent management
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Experience working with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders, driving effective communication and results-oriented work streams
