Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Job Profile:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to lead our payroll operations. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals looking to take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue compensation and benefits strategies
- Coordinate weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles
- PAYG, Payroll Tax, Workcover and Superannuation disbursements
- Process new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
- Provide accurate information in response to employee queries
- Calculate redundancies
- Additional tasks to support the broader team
Necessary Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar compensation and benefits position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Reliable and motivated attitude
- Positive working approach
