Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and enhance the organisation's remuneration framework, ensuring job banding and benchmarking remain current.
  2. Lead annual remuneration review cycle, including developing remuneration models and providing reporting for executive approval.
  3. Oversee salary surveys, benchmarking, and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
  4. Manage and optimise benefits program, including negotiations with providers and administration of employee offerings.
  5. Administer short-term and long-term incentive plans, including employee share schemes.
  6. Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws, governance requirements, and industry best practices.
