Compensation and Benefits Specialist

The role of Compensation and Benefits Specialist plays a crucial part in the global food supply chain.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results through compensation and benefits administration.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and be able to provide support to various teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly wages and monthly salaries for employees across multiple sites ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Reconcile payroll-related ledger accounts and provide financial analysis to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support internal and external audits, payroll queries and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to broader APAC payroll operations and projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar compensation and benefits role within a complex fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications in Finance Business or related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of awards and industrial agreements.
  • Proficiency in processing both waged and salaried payrolls.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail integrity and time management.
