We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development, implementation, maintenance and administration of compensation and benefits programs, policies, procedures, processes and systems.
This role will be responsible for designing and delivering locally competitive total rewards strategies that meet business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively translate technical data into business outcomes.
Candidates should have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of total rewards strategies with business goals.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency with Australian work rights is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits policies, procedures, processes and systems.
