About the Role: As a Business Development Manager for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises at TikTok, you will play a crucial part in empowering businesses to reach their full potential on our platform. You will be working closely with small and medium-sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns, identifying programmatic ways to scale up.

With a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and direct client management experience, you will provide dedicated partner management to advertisers, offering consultation and coaching to help them succeed on TikTok. Your expertise in marketing, media sales, and online advertising will enable you to develop strategies to enhance advertiser performance, including consulting on scaling up, providing creative tips, recommending budgeting and targeting, and managing advertisers at scale.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can make a significant impact in this high-growth opportunity. If you have a minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, media sales, and/or online advertising, with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, we encourage you to apply.
