As an **Account Executive, Mid-Market**, you will work closely with our customers to understand their objectives and provide creative solutions to address complex business challenges.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop data-driven account plans to identify potential customers who can benefit from Canva's products.
  • Manage pipeline and revenue growth using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility.
  • Leverage compelling storytelling to guide customers on a personalized journey.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of Canva's product and its applications.
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Simplify complex situations into digestible customer-ready stories and materials.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience working with small to medium-sized accounts, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Success in managing full sales cycles, including prospecting and new logo attainment.
  • Able to navigate complexity and craft solutions to intricate business challenges.
  • Talent for creating detailed plans that cover all bases within organizations.
  • Captivating presentation skills, particularly during face-to-face meetings.
  • Experience leading successful negotiations.
