Enterprise Sales Specialist

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to join Canva's rapidly growing Enterprise team. As an Account Growth Executive, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our presence within the mid-market segment.
Based on industry standards and taking into account the location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000-$110,000 per annum.
About the Role
You will lead with a data-driven approach to identify potential customers who can benefit from Canva's products. Utilizing Salesforce, you will manage pipeline and revenue forecasts to optimize sales activity.
In addition, you will leverage compelling storytelling and vision transfer to guide customers through a personalized journey. As a product expert, you will showcase your deep love for Canva's product and ability to sell creative solutions addressing customers' unique problems.
Foster long-term relationships by recognizing the value of building lasting partnerships with customers and internal cross-functional teams. Simplify complex situations into digestible customer-ready stories using Canva's worksuite.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with small to medium-sized accounts is essential.
- A proven track record of managing full sales cycles, including prospecting, with a focus on new logo attainment.
- Ability to navigate complexity by understanding and addressing complex business challenges, crafting solutions.
- Talent for creating detailed plans covering all bases within intricate organizations.
- Captivating audience skills, particularly during face-to-face meetings with multiple key players.
- Experience leading successful negotiations.
- Comfort navigating uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
