Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior team members to drive user acquisition at client firms through strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Engage in warm/cold calls, emails, and lead generation efforts to meet project targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Monitor client usage trends and identify potential pain points to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Onboard new client users and educate them on Guidepoint's services, fostering strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop expertise in the consulting and institutional market to effectively communicate Guidepoint's value proposition.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, banking, business consulting, or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Extensive knowledge of the client growth process and ability to apply it effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to handle high-profile clients with professionalism.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to increasing responsibilities.
