At hipes Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career and take on new challenges.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • We require someone with strong communication skills to manage a portfolio of 500+ tradie customers. You'll need to hit daily targets by making at least 60 dials or 2.5 hours of talk time through inbound/outbound calls, upselling, renewing subscriptions, and handling debt collection.
  • As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you'll engage with tradie customers over the phone, learning about their businesses, understanding their pain points, and helping them succeed. You'll also keep Salesforce updated with customer insights.
  • Your primary focus will be on managing accounts, identifying opportunities to upgrade subscription packages, retaining customers, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
  • You'll work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure compliance with scripts and regulations.

About You:

  • You've worked in a high-volume call centre before and are comfortable with making 60-80 dials a day or hitting 2.5 hours of talk time.
