About the Role- Implement and maintain OHS protocols across varied project sites
- Conduct safety audits and compliance inspections to uphold safety standards

- Promote a strong culture of safety by working closely with project teams and subcontractors
- 2-3 years of OHS coordination experience (backgrounds in trades or subcontracting welcome)
- Strong knowledge of Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations and industry standards
- A proactive approach to learning and growing within a head contractor environment
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and work seamlessly with diverse teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure smooth safety operations
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
