About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Spring Professional. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction fitout projects in Sydney, ensuring they are delivered successfully from pre-design through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage communication with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Effectively handle project budgets, cash flow, and profitability to drive business growth.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget by coordinating with site teams and subcontractors.
  • Lead risk management efforts and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental systems.
  • Assemble and lead project teams to optimize performance and achieve project goals.
  • Oversee project procurement, subcontractor engagement, and quality control processes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing construction projects as a Project Manager in the Australian building construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities with all levels of staff.
  • Experience with Procore, MS Project, and MS Excel is preferred.
  • A proactive and motivated work style, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
