Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable construction company known for their commitment to quality, safety, and integrity.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct safety, quality, and environmental inspections to ensure compliance across all project sites.
  • Support staff, site teams, and contractors in adhering to relevant legislation, standards, and contractual arrangements.
  • Deliver the Safety Management System, including policies, procedures, manuals, and practices.
  • Act as a company representative for WHS matters.
  • Implement and embed health and safety work plans with work teams.
  • Keep up-to-date with legislative changes and review policies and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Cert IV in Workplace Safety or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of HSEQ processes and previous experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated commitment to health and safety.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
