Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service in the preconstruction of customers' homes
  • Ensure contracts are delivered in designated timelines
  • Deliver jobs to site on time
  • Support the coordination of jobs and workflow between sales acceptance and construction
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to proactively progress jobs through the preconstruction process
