Osborne Richardson is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join their team in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to succeed, with proven sales experience in customer/sales roles and previous 3PL experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately processing orders, coordinating inventory and logistics, and resolving discrepancies
  • Providing accurate product information to customers and receiving and entering customer orders via telephone and electronically
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing personalized service, addressing inquiries and complaints promptly
  • Gathering and analyzing feedback, implementing improvement strategies, and collaborating on customer-centric initiatives
  • Assisting with project implementation, collaborating with internal/external stakeholders, and recommending improvement opportunities at national and state level

Requirements include:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence using MS Office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multitasking, and be passionate about the food industry
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences every time
