We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Scheduling Travel Agent to join our team at Get Your Beach On Travel.

About the Role

This is a remote position with a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year. As a Scheduling Travel Agent, you will be responsible for creating customized travel experiences for clients, from planning itineraries to coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultations: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, budgets, and preferences, tailoring each plan to their specific goals.
  • Detailed Itinerary Creation: Develop and manage comprehensive itineraries, including flight schedules, accommodations, transfers, and activities to ensure a cohesive and well-organized travel experience.
  • Booking & Coordination: Arrange flights, lodging, dining, activities, and any additional logistics, ensuring all details align seamlessly for a stress-free experience.
  • Exceptional Client Support: Offer exceptional customer service, addressing client questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience from start to finish.
  • Ongoing Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive client relationships for future travel planning needs and referrals.
Requirements:
  • Possession of strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and vendors.
  • A passion for travel planning and organization, with a focus on delivering high-value service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple schedules while adapting to changing client needs and travel requirements.
  • Fluency in English, with multilingualism being a plus.
  • Able to negotiate effectively and have strong commercial awareness.
