Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and creating personalized experiences that cater to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and build strong relationships
  • Deliver personalized experiences that meet customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and implement changes
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in disability services, community services, aged care, or comparable experience
  • Hands-on experience in effectively engaging with people with complex needs
  • Confidence in making independent decisions while on the job, with the ability to escalate when necessary
  • Purpose-driven and committed to making a positive impact on customers' lives
  • Reliable and available for day, afternoon, evening, night, and weekend shifts
  • A valid NSW Drivers C class licence, as part of your role will involve driving customers to and from appointments, on outings, and for various other reasons
