About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Airport Customer Experience Specialist to join our Check-In Crew. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to airline travellers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all passengers have a smooth and efficient travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a seamless check-in process.
- Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assign seats and issue boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers as required.
- Assist with gate boarding procedures and manage passenger flow effectively.
- Marshal passengers and manage disruptions in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Professional appearance and demeanour at all times.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26.10, exclusive of shift penalties and superannuation. You will also receive 11.5% Superannuation contributions, shift penalties for early morning, evening, and overnight shifts, additional pay for weekend work, and comprehensive paid training and enrolment in a Cert III course.
